I am a Storyteller
Describe an insecurity that you had while growing up. Has your perspective changed? If so, how did you overcome this insecurity?
I find myself (sometimes) facing some of the same insecurities I had when I was an adolescent, will I be accepted...except only this time, it's me accepting myself. I am reminded to be kind, soft and patient...I work on this daily and give thanks to God for the ability to practice being a better me for me and everyone else.
Define Beauty
Beauty is self-definitive, for my beauty isn't contingent on any one else's approval or "likes" it's about what makes me smile. I love it when I can put a smile on my own face.
How would you describe your skin-type? We real cool.
How do you combat your personal skincare problems? I drink lots of water, I keep my body and skin hydrated. I also try different masks.
What are some of your skincare beauty secrets? If it ain't broke don't fix it
2 do’s for skincare? Sleep and if you drink alcohol, drink water in between hours.
2 don’ts for skincare? Don't sleep in your makeup or save them false eye lashes for too long girl!
What motivates you to practice self-care consistently?
I see the women in my family and pray for the same clarity (literally).
