Today is about successes, big or small, in life that make us smile and sparks joy. It is about celebrating smiling, and laughing, and love. Here are some ways you can be happy and celebrate happiness:
Treat Yourself: whether it be to coffee, a good book, take out and Netflix, or a night on the town. Take the time to reward yourself, you’re doing great!
Get Active: go on a run, go to the gym, or even just take a stroll around the neighborhood. Get your blood pumping and your body moving and you will feel better. You may even find that it could be a great way to relieve your stress.
Make a Nice Gesture: smile at someone, hold the door open for them, pay for the person’s coffee behind you in line. Make a kind gesture to someone to put a smile on their face. Send out some good karma and you will feel great about putting a smile on someone else's face.
